Hello friends and family – we’re delighted to have you with us on our journey!

We are Chuck and Alanna Hansen. 

Together (with our dogs) we make up Hansen’s Home on the Roam.

We are from the Mitten state,  Michigan, and no, we don’t like cold weather and snow. We like sunny adventures, movies, hiking biking, kayaking, Michelob ultra light, vodka and olives and celebrating life!

We plotted and planned our new life on the road for two long years. In 2018 we finally bought a truck and a travel trailer. We hope you enjoy our blog, pictures and coming along for the ride. We’re just two Michiganders looking to have the adventure of our life in our tiny house on the road.
